Apple Glögg

Introducing our homemade glögg, now available in bottles! Raphael began crafting this delicious glögg years ago for the local Christmas markets, and it has since become a cherished tradition at our bakery. This year, we've decided to bottle it, allowing you to bring the festive spirit to your Christmas table. Our glögg is crafted using local apple juice and infused with the rich flavors of fresh ginger, Raphael’s honey, and a blend of Christmas spices, including black pepper, cinnamon, orange zest, star anise, cardamom, clove, and a hint of sea salt. This non-alcoholic and child-friendly glögg is kept refreshingly balanced, avoiding excessive sweetness. To add a subtle kick, we've included a pinch of chili, bringing a lovely warmth to every sip.
