Your order will be packed and ready for you on arrival in the big room.
No need to queue, just enter through the big wooden doors.
You will find your order with your name on the paper bag.
If you ordered sourdough pizza dough or fresh milk products, we will be store items in our fridge until you arrive.
Just knock on the bakery door and we’ll hand them over to you.

FAQs
Do you offer delivery?
Even if you pre-order online, you will still need to collect your baked goods in person, on Friday between 12:00 and 18:00. We do not offer delivery or shipping.
Do you have gluten-free products?
We have developed a gluten-free bread, based on sourdough: The Sesame-Oat Bread. It is every second week available. All ingredients are 100% gluten-free, but we produce it in a NOT gluten-free environment. So not for you with Coeliac disease, but if you’d like a gluten reduced lifestyle.
Can I make a table reservation?
Our seating capacity is limited and we do not reserve tables.
Why do you ask for a collection time at checkout?
Our baked goods are best enjoyed fresh! When you give us an estimated collection time, we’re able to bake your order as close to your arrival as possible.
Do you offer more goods than those stocked in the webshop?
Yes, we offer both seasonal and weekly breads and pastries, but some of these are only available at the counter in the bakery.
Do you have caffein free coffee?
Yes, we have a wonderful ecological, decaffeinated Kenyan Coffee from the Hamburg based Roastery ElbGold.
