Freeze your bread in a sealed plastic bag. When you are ready to consume it, take it out the night before, leave it in the bag overnight, then remove it and warm it gently in the oven in the morning. Like freshly baked—every time!
-
Waste isn’t in our vocabulary. We’ve perfected a zero-waste approach: leftover bread and pastries are packed and sold in the little bread house outside of the bakery at full price on the baking day, half-price the next day or for free there after. Thanks to your support here, we have avoided waste for years.
