Concept
Loshult invites you to join our Pop Up Dinner with Camille and Céline. The two sisters have been touring Switzerland for seven years with their Pop Up concept “aplati”, always with a focus on close collaboration with local producers and the experience from farm to table.
Now, for the first time, they’re coming to Sweden and we’re excited to welcome them to Loshult!
Come and explore the flavors of Loshult in a cosy, intimate dinner setting in a beautiful private home.
Dates
Starting at Midsummer, June 19th to July 5th – for three weekends only. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
We have limited seats, so book your seat now.
Menu
Enjoy a seasonal 5-course menu inspired by the fields and forests of Loshult, served with stories from the region and a thoughtfully paired non-alcoholic beverage menu. The experience is primarily vegetarian.
Practical Informations
Gathering at 17:00 at the Loshult Church Parking. The duration is approximately 4 hours, costs 1300:- per person and including non-alcoholic drinks.
If you let us know before, we can pick you up from Älmhult train station and bring you back as well. Cancelation within 3 days prior to event is possible.
About Aplati:
The sisters Camille and Céline are the owners, chefs and hosts of Aplati, culinary PopUp experiences in Switzerland. They love to work closely with producers to tell the story of origin and craft. Check also their homepage for more informations: www.aplati.ch
About Olivias Grönsaker:
Olivia is growing organic vegetables in Loshult since 2022. She grows a wide variety of flavors and loves to see her food transform in the hands of great chefs.
About Loshult Handelsbod:
Raphael and Salli startet Loshult Handelsbod 10 years ago. Salli is the baker and she focusses on local organic flour and quality over quantity. Raphael loves to welcome curious people to Loshult and to connect all the dots. And of course, he will be our host, too.
