























Dark Country Loaf

Ingredients:
Water, wheat flour, emmer flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, sourdough, sea salt
This is a loaf, which we created to our Sunday breakfast menu in winter 2021. It’s a darker version of our country loaf with addition of some emmer flour and rye flour added into the recipe. This loaf has 40% whole grain flour while in our country loaf has 10% whole grain flour as a comparison. The high amount of water makes this bread very soft and pleasant to eat and the blend of different flours gives a lovely mix of flavors to enjoy.
